• Room rates are in Vietnamese Dong & include breakfast for Single or Double / Twin occupancy.
  An additional Service charge of 6% and then 10% VAT apply to all room rates.
  Payment is due once the booking is confirmed and will be processed against the card supplied within 48 hours.
  Any incidental charges can be paid on checkout.
• Run of House Rooms will consist of either Deluxe or Premier Rooms and will be allocated by the hotel.
• Club Premier Room and Executive Suite enjoy club lounge access.
• Credit Card Surcharges will apply based on international charge rates for various types of credit cards.

• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
  Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged with additional charge and subject to room availability.

  Late check-out before 18:00 pm: half charge / room; after 18:00 pm: full charge / room, subject to availability.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival no penalty applies.
Cancellations 29-15 days prior to arrival 1 night's accommodation will be charged.
Cancellations 14-7 days prior to arrival 50% of the entire stay will be charged.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show 100% of of entire stay will be charged.
