Our service is free of charge (except if you require registration services). Australia Wide Conferences is compensated on a commission basis by the successful venue. Please visit Our Service page to see the services we offer. If you do require registration services we will contact you to discuss further and will then supply a price for you based on the services you require. There are no hidden costs.

Do I get a better price if I deal direct with the venue?
We will make sure you always receive the best available prices at all times. We obtain exactly the same prices as you would, if you were to go direct to the venue. We save you time, phone calls and hours of research. A big advantage of our service is that we can give you unbiased advice on the performance of venues from past client feedback,as we often circulate different companies through the same venues.

What types of venues are available?
Australia Wide Conferences has its own database of conference venues all over Australia ranging from Resorts,Hotels, Motels & Clubs. We offer suitable choices in the standard and style of venues you require.

What is the time taken to receive quotes and information?
Quotes are sent out the same day we receive your information. For every quote we send out, we issue a deadline date that Australia Wide Conferences set with you to ensure that you receive the information at the appropriate time. Quotations will be forwarded to you as we receive them.
